Timothy Dwayne Rowe

December 5, 1998 ~ August 31, 2025

Timothy Dwayne Rowe, 26, a resident of Audra Community, passed away Sunday August 31, 2025 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Timothy was born December 5, 1998 in McDowell County a son of Tim and Tina Saffle.

Timothy loved going camping and being outdoors. He often would go on sxs rides, car rides to the mountains or to get ice cream. He enjoyed playing volleyball with his family and taking walks. Timothy loved people and was quite the ladies’ man. He especially liked entertaining little children.

Timothy is survived by his parents Tim and Tina Saffle; siblings Brittany Mitchell and husband Michael; Timothy and Alix Saffle, Kayla Sullivan and husband Aaron, David Saffle, Steven Rice, Melissa Cavins and husband Everett, Roy Kennedy, and Alexis Payne; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; grandmother Helen Paugh; father Matthew Rowe; mother Michelle Hartwell;

Timothy was preceded in death by sister Precious Potter; grandmother Barbara Saffle; grandfather Sterling Healey; step-grandfather Lensie Paugh, grandmother, Rosa Payne and great-grandmother Catherine Bowman.

Family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home and on-site Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Wednesday September 3, from 5-8 pm and on Thursday September 4, from 10 am- 12 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm with Pastor Phil Ryder officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery.
