Willie "Billy" James Marsh Jr.

Willie “Billy” James Marsh Jr., age 63, a resident of the VA Nursing Home in Clarksburg, WV  passed away Wednesday March 4, 2026.  Billy was born March 31, 1962 in Warren, OH a son of the late Willie “Bill” Marsh Sr. and Helen (Jewel) Marsh.

Billy graduated from Philip Barbour High School Class of 1981. Billy served in the US Airforce from 1983- 1986 until his medical leave from the service.  Billy worked as an electrician for Teter Electric.  He enjoyed listening to music especially Pink Floyd and AC/DC.  Billy played for the Cinderblock Band.

Surviving is his mother Helen V. Marsh; sister Virginia “Sissy” M. McDaniel and husband Tim of Moatsville; sister-in-law Robin Hinebaugh; nieces Kimberly Gardner and husband Chad of Barlow, OH, Kara Duckworth and husband Adam of Moatsville; nephew Chris Brannen of Moatsville; four great-nieces and three great- nephews; great-great niece, two great-great nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Billy was preceded in death by his father Willie Marsh; and wife Tammy (Smith) Marsh.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the VA Nursing Home for the care that was given to Billy during stay.
