Barbara A. Bice age 68 a resident of Talbott Personal Care Home and former resident of Rt. 1 Philippi passed away on Monday, September 19, 2011. She was born September 21, 1942 in Philippi a daughter of the late Bill and Belva (Shockey) Ensminger. She was united in marriage to Dick Bice who preceded her in death February 22, 2000. Surviving is,
One daughter, Sherley Louise Bice
One son, James Richard Bice and wife Nina
Two Brothers, Keith Ensminger and wife Jane of Union Community
Carol Ensminger and wife Peg of Romney.
Ms. Bice was preceded in death by one sister, Winona Ensminger.
She worked as a case worker for Barbour County DHHR
She was a member of Philippi Baptist Church
Ms. Bice’s request for cremation will be honored.
