Eloise Paulovich-Board

Eloise “Ellie” Paulovich-Board, age 92, a resident of Belington, passed away Wednesday May 12, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. Eloise was born October 27, 1928 in Belington, a daughter of the late Sam and Virgie (Triplett) Hill. Eloise was twice married first to Michael Paulovich who preceded her in death in 1977, and second to Lawrence Board who preceded her in death on 2017. Surviving is Daughter Linda Paulovich of Belington Brothers, Walter Hill of Belington Howard Hill and wife Emogene of SC Eloise was also preceded in death by brothers, Gene, Herman, and Bill Hill, sisters, Betty Hill, and Patricia Carpenter Eloise retired as a cashier from Foodland Inc. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, in earlier years she enjoyed horseback riding and enjoyed water aerobics. She attended the Corley United Methodist Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday May 17, from 11:30 am – 1 pm. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm with Pastor Sam Haught officiating. Interment will in the Belington Fraternal Cemetery.
