Doris Sisk

Doris Lee Sisk, age 64, a resident of Bridgeview Ln, Boulder Community Buckhannon passed away on Tuesday January 5, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 29, 1951 in Pocahontas Co. a daughter of the late Asa Berwyn and Mary Frances (Grogg) Wright. Doris was united in marriage on November 5, 1967 to Roger E. Sisk who survives. Also surviving are- Two sons, BJ Sisk and wife Melinda of Buckhannon Roger L. Sisk and wife Terri of Ellamore K9 companion Wolfie Sister, Margaret Simms and Tom Dunn of Arthurdale, WV Two brothers, James Wright and wife Sharon Steve Wright and wife Donna both of Morgantown One grandchild, Tayler Sisk Doris worked as a glass painter for Eagle’s Convict Glass Factory in Clarksburg, and later as a nurse’s aide for Holbrooks Nursing Home in Buckhannon. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday January 8, from 6-8 pm and on Saturday January 9, from 8-11 am the service hour with Rev. Randy Simms officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Hospice 1002 South Crim Ave. Belington, WV 26250.
