Betty Ruth (Freeman) Booth age 83 a resident of Philippi passed away Wednesday August 12, 2009 in the United Hospital Center. She was born November 27, 1925 in Belington a daughter of the late Eddie Lawrence and Lela (England) Freeman. She was united in marriage to William Nelson Booth who preceded her in death in 1971. Surviving is;
One Daughter; Patty (Booth) Miller Evans and husband Dale E. of Philippi
Mrs. Booth was the last surviving member of her immediate family having been preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters
Mrs. Booth worked in several plastics plants in Ohio, a cook in Ohio and at Diane's Restaurant, and also a nurse's aide at Broaddus Hospital.
She was a protestant by faith.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday August 13, from 3-8:00 p.m. and on Friday August 14, from 8-11:00 p.m. the service hour with Rev. F.L.
