Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. We have very fond memories of both Lucille and Freddie. They were our next door neighbors on Redwood Ave (Akron) for 10 years. They doted on our 4 little children and enjoyed all the neighborhood children. They were our “honorary grandmother and grandfather”at nursery school functions since our family lived out of state.
Lucille would often bring over a plate of stuffed grape leaves and other delicacies she made that we relished. She was a good cook! More than that, she was a wonderful loving person and will always hold a special place in our hearts. Our sympathies to her entire family. She was truly special.

  2. So sorry for your loss if there is anything I can do please call me. 304 457 5421 or 304 669 5471

  3. For years,Lucille & Fred lived 2 houses down from us on Redwood Avenue in Akron, OH. Our children grew up around them. They were wonderful people and much loved. Fondly remembered over the years. We are sorry for your loss and ours. 100! Wow! Good for her!

  4. I am deeply sorry to hear of Lucille's passing. My deepest sympathies to all her family. Fred and Lucille lived next door and were a large part of my childhood. They were my stand-in grandparents and accompanied me and my siblings to school on Grandparents' Day. We were always welcome at their house and spent almost as much time in their yard as we did our own. They were both very special to my family and Lucille will be truly missed.
