Penny Lyn Johnson age 57 a resident of South Florida St. Buckhannon passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 in St. Joseph Hospital. She was born April 8, 1957 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Harry C. and Alice (Rush) Johnson. Surviving is-
one sister, Pam Johnson of Buckhannon
five brothers, Charles Johnson and wife Pat of Florida
Paul D. Johnson and wife Arlene of Ohio
John G. Johnson and wife Carolyn of Bretz, WV
Keith Johnson and wife Mark Johnson of Kentucky
Mark Johnson and wife Lisa of Morgantown
One sister-in-law, Carolyn Johnson
One special aunt, Edna Clark
Several nieces and nephews
Penny was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Lou Brown; two brothers, Terry R. Johnson and Robert L. Johnson
She liked going to church, playing bingo, camping, dancing and she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Penny was Methodist by faith.
Friends will be received at Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 10am-2pm the service hour with Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Nicholson Cemetery.

I am so sad to hear that Penny passed away. I go to the nursing home every morning to visit my Mother, and I have always been greeted by a hug and a kiss by Penny and Pam. I love them both. How precious they are in God's eyes. I have been in several church services with Penny and Pam and have seen first hand their love for the Lord. Penny, I will miss you very much.
