Evelyn Bartlett

Evelyn R. Bartlett, age 82, a resident of 30 Lynn St. Buckhannon and a former resident of 508 Carter Ave. Philippi passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the home of her daughter. She was born September 6, 1929 in Barbour County a daughter of the late Sam and Edna (Carpenter) Conderi. Surviving are:
Two daughters, Pamela Sue Franyutti of Philippi
Tammy Jo Harvey and husband Scott of Buckhannon
One son, Charles E. Reed, Jr. and wife Karen of Canton, OH
Five grandchildren and one great-grandchild
Ms. Bartlett was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty L. Cleavenger, Mary E. Martin and Rosa Lee Haddix; Three brothers, Lewis J. Conderi, Donald Conderi and Dennis Conderi and on one infant brother, one grandson, Michael Reed.
She retired from Broaddus Hospital as a Phlebotomist and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary V.F.W.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday, March 4 from 3-8 pm and on Monday, March 5 from 8-11 am the service our with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
