  1. I am so sorry this just devastated me .. Scott you was my high school sweetheart and you always will be…. and now all of our secrets are fun times and our love we had for each other is now just my memory I will miss our conversations and until we meet again ..I will hold you in my heart forever

  2. Oh Shirley. My heart aches for all of you. It's been years since I've seen Scottie, but that contagious grin he was usually wearing will forever lift up my heart. Yes, he was ornery, but most importantly he was kind, loving and devoted to his family… especially his mama.
God Bless all of you and may you feel His comfort and grace all around you in the days to come.
    Shelly Knight Courtney

  3. I have had the privilege of being married to Scott. He has given me my biggest blessing our son Stephen Bryson. Scott came out over the summer to see his granddaughter and to see his son and to meet our sons girlfriend. The first time he held our granddaughter was just amazing. He loved her so much, his eyes just sparkled when he was holding her. He also got teary eyed. I will be missing him forever. I will forever love him and I will always tell Rinn just how much her grandpa loved her. I'm still not comprehending this at all and it is just devastating. Will forever miss you.
