He was an amazing doctor and taught so many and helped make us who we are today. Prayers for all his family, co-workers, friends, and patients he helped over the many years
My husband Albert and I send condolences to all the family and friends. Jim (Bill) and I were born 4 days apart in Philippi and our parents were dear friends. Jim and I had not kept in touch for many years, but in our young days we were almost like brother and sister. We were a “royal couple” at the Barbour Co. Street Fair in 1957. The program shows us together as approximately 4 years old. May we meet again one day. Rest in peace, Jim.
Dr Woodford was my doctor at Grafton City Hospital. He was a good doctor, friend, we always talked about the verses in the bible. His light will shine forever. He was good to everyone he met. I am sure when he got to Heaven, the Lord said Well Done. The Angels are singing up in Heaven. Dr. Woodford will be missed.
My condolences to family. He was my doctor as a child growing up in Philippi. He was always a nice man and very caring of his patients.
He was my favorite Doctor, Great basketball player and competitor, Witty, Funny Great Guy. He will be missed. My condolences to the entire Woodford Family.
Sending lots of love and prayers to the Woodford family. I’ve known this family for so long time. Got the pleasure in having his wife Donna as my DON in the nursing facility and I had the pleasure of working with Doc at the clinic for several years. Great man and he will be missed by everyone.
Prayers for your family Dr. Woodford. I just saw this obituary and wanted to send my deepest condolences. He was my surgeon when I was a teenager. Thanks for the care you gave to me. May God bless you and your family.
