  6. Very sad about Todd passing. I wish the best to his family. I had the honor of being one of his scout leaders when he was a young man. But knew him from afar through his work in the community. He embodied and practiced every point of the Scout Law.

  7. Phyllis, I am so sorry to learn of the passing of your son. I didn’t have the privilege of knowing him, but I know what it is to lose a child. My sympathies to you and your family.

  8. I am so sorry to hear of Todd’s passing. I went to school with him for years in Philippi. I will always remember him for his kindness and his positivity. He got along with everyone and always had a smile. I am praying for comfort for his family and friends. ❤️

  9. My mother loved Todd and always told me what a nice man he was. Todd would see mom walking on the grade near Moatsville and would always stop and check on her. Made my mother so happy. Mom has since moved on to heaven and perhaps their paths will cross again.

  10. Sara, so sorry to hear this! May the Lord bring comfort to you and the boys in the days ahead and may your heart be full of wonderful memories.
