Pamela Lynn Johnson

Pamela Lynn Johnson, age 68, a resident of Buckhannon, passed away Monday July 7, 2025 in Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. Pam was born April 8, 1957 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of Harry C. and Alice (Rush) Johnson. Pam liked to color and sit outside enjoying the sun. She enjoyed listening to oldie music and singing. Pam attended the church services that were held at Holbrook’s Nursing Home. She always looked forward to the time she would spend with her family. Surviving are brothers; Charles Johnson of Florida, Keith Johnson and wife Brenda of Kentucky; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Pam was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Alice Johnson; siblings Mary Lou Brown, Penny Johnson, Paul David Johnson, John Johnson, Mark Johnson, Terry Johnson, and Robert Johnson. Family will received friends at Wright Funeral Home and on-site Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday July 11, from 12- 2pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Weese Day officiating. Interment will follow in the Nicholson Cemetery in Morgantown.

  1. Pammy I will miss you so much. But now you will be in Heaven with your Mother and Mine and the rest of our family that has passed on ,the rest of us will have to wait until the Lord calls for us . May you rest in eternal peace

  2. Pam was very sweet. We met her when Penny was at Holbrook. At Strawberry Festival one yr., my friends put dollar bills in my suspenders thus the nickname Dollar Bill Will came about. Pam found out. Every time we came to visit my Mother in law we’d see Pam. If she was having a bad day or in a bad mood, I’d walk in & she’d see me & say, “Dollar Bill Will.” She spoiled my wife’s niece & nephews. We loved her & she loved us. We’ll miss her like crazy. Rest in peace dear Pammy.
