Ms. Brenda Sue (Bonner) Jones, age 50, of Bayonne, New Jersey, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. She was born December 7, 1961 in Buckhannon, WV a daughter of late Joseph Leroy Bonner and Ruth (Wright) and Sterling Gregory of Buckhannon.
A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt, Brenda will be dearly missed by her children, Dwayne (DJ) Jones, II and wife Jessica Teal and Tamara Jones; her grandchildren, Dwayne III (DJ) and Dylan, all of Wilmington, Delaware; her sisters, Jo Robertson and husband John of Virginia and Susie Canfield and husband David of Pennsylvania; her brothers, Mark Gregory and Robert Gregory, both of England; her nieces, Juliet Howlett, Jennifer and Jessica Robertson and Sarah Canfield Louise, Olivia, Aimee and Brooke Gregory; and her nephew, Aiden Canfield, Daniel, Cameron, and Simon Gregory.
Brenda was employed with M.I.S. in New Jersey. While vocal and independent, she was happiest while spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren and when shopping at the mall.
She was a graduate of Buckhannon Upshur High School Class of 1979
In honor of Brenda's request, she was cremated.
The family will receive friends at the South Buckhannon Mission Church, 152 Randolph St. Buckhannon 26201 on Saturday, July 21, 2012. From 1 pm until 2 pm. A service in celebration of Brenda's life will begin at 2:00 pm with Pastor Mike Allman officiating.

I knew Brenda from years ago when she lived near Teter. She was a very fun person to be with and enjoy her good nature. My deepest sympathy to the family and those lives she touched.
