Danny Kent Seech

Danny Kent Seech, age 68, a resident of Belington, passed away unexpectedly Friday September 6, 2024. Danny was born December 9, 1955 in Philippi, WV a son of the late Ernest G. and Philomene (Shockey) Seech. Danny was united in marriage on October 1, 1999 to Vicki (Booth) Seech who survives at home. They would have celebrated their 25th Anniversary this year. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking on his deck with his Blackstone, taking side by side rides with his pride and joy Binx, working and tinkering with things around the house. He was known to be a handyman and would do anything for anyone. Danny worked for varies construction companies such as McCoy Brothers, Ken Auvil Homes, Brian Cleavenger Construction, and Doug Lantz Construction. Surviving is his wife Vicki; step-children Cheryl Hawkins, Brandy Phillips and companion Doug Rucker, JP Phillips and companion Patti Wolfe; step-grandchildren Courtney Suggs and husband Colby, JW Hawkins and companion Paige Sullenberger, Caleb Hawkins and wife Holly, Jed Hawkins, Caden Hawkins, and Trea’ Corley; step-great-grandchildren Kinleigh and Easton Suggs, Grayson, Ryleigh and Oaklynn Corley, Arkee Hawkins and Rory Don Hawkins; step-children Cheryl Anglin and Ted, David Cathel; step-grandchildren Teddy and Christopher Anglin, Chelsea Holbert, Courtney Holbert, David Cathel and Sabrina Carter, Grace and Eli Nicholson; step-great-grandchildren Isabella Martinez, Zayla Valentine; brother Jeff and Connie Seech; sister Kelly Seech; sister-in-law Suetta Durst and husband Kevin; brother-in-law Joe Booth and wife Penny; nephews Jake Seech and wife Kim, Jud Seech, Phil Wiseman and fiancé Roberta Jackson, Matt Wiseman, Adam Wiseman, Michael Booth and wife Carrie, Danny Conklin and wife Stacie, niece, Jaime Short and husband Brian, the late Kim Dean and husband Jeff ; great nephews Hunter Seech, Corey Seech, Corbin Booth, Bobby Dean, and Zach Short and wife Maddy; great-nieces Anneliese Wiseman, Laney Seech, Kayla Dean and companion Zach Valentine, Taylor and Sydney Conklin; great- -great nephew Jace Short; uncles Louis Seech and wife Lottie, Dick Synder; aunt Ethel Palazzini; numerous cousins, friends and family. Danny was an Organ Donor to help the lives of others. Danny was preceded in death by step daughter Pam Holbert, great-nephews Garret Seech and Braiden Short; and father and mother-in-law Jack and Jean Booth. In honor of Danny’s wishes cremation will be honored. A Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
