James Miller

Life Legacy James Dean Miller, age 83, a resident of Morgantown Pike Moatsville, passed away Thursday August 18, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 8, 1933 in Reedsville, WV a son of the late Carnegie and Susan Audra (Huffman) Miller. He was united in marriage to Louis Fay (Gibson) Miller who preceded him in death. James is survived by several nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by two brother, High Elbert Miller and Darl Miller, and sister Mary Alice Watson. He worked as a truck driver for Harman Construction. James served in the US Army and was a member of the VFW Post #410. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday August 20, from 5-8 pm and on Sunday August 21, from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour. Interment will follow in the Marsh Cemetery at Tacy with military honors being accorded.
