Born in: Jenkins Jones, West Virginia
Resided in: Philippi, West Virginia

Jane Ellen Thomas, formerly of Jenkin Jones, West Virginia, entered her heavenly journey on Monday, October 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on November 25, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Roy Thomas and Elizabeth (Licwov) Thomas. Jane grew up in Jenkin Jones, where she attended school and proudly served as a majorette. She later married Andrew John Shulock, Jr., and together they made their home in Gary, West Virginia, where they raised their family.

Jane is survived by her loving children Andrea Lynn (Shulock) Kelley, Felicia Ann (Shulock) Muncy, and  Gerald Steven Shulock, along with her sisters Dianna Thomas Deitrich and Mary Beth Thomas. She also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and spoke of often — including those she never had the chance to meet.

Preceding her in death were her siblings David Andrew Thomas and Carol Thomas Harman, and her beloved children Andrew John Shulock III, infant Gerald Steven Shulock I, and Christopher Greg Shulock.

In her later years, Jane made her home with her daughter Andrea and family, as well as with her daughter Felicia and son Gerald Steven. She was surrounded by care, compassion, and the comfort of being with loved ones, living the best quality of life possible.

Jane will be remembered for her gentle spirit, deep love for her family, and unwavering faith. Her memory will continue to bring warmth and inspiration to all who were blessed to know her.

Cremation will be honored, and a private family remembrance will be held at a later date.
