John Paul Criss age 78 a resident of Buckhannon passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, in Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born June 18, 1946 a son of the late Oren Glen and Virginia (Forinash) Criss. Surviving are children- Timothy Criss of Buckhannon Jenny Huffman of Audra Seneca Macewan of Buckhannon Shawn Criss of Audra Grandson, Isaac Huffman Step-Granddaughter, Tristan Lynn Runner One brother, Richard Criss Mr. Criss was preceded in death by three brothers Carl Criss, Ronald Criss and Ralph Criss; one sister, Eleanor Lach. John was an honest man; loved coal mining, hunting, fishing and trapping. He will be loved and missed by his family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25 at 2p.m. at Reger Cemetery.
