Oetta Jean England, 89, of Belington, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at Tygart Valley Health and Rehabilitation.
Born August 30, 1936, in Philippi, she was the daughter of the late Ira Camden Biller Sr. and Odie Virginia Right Biller. Oetta shared many years of marriage with her beloved husband, Nathan Edward England, who preceded her in death in 1985.
Oetta lived a life rooted in faith, family, and simple joys. She worked as a cook for Myers Clinic, where she cared for others the same way she did at home — with warmth and generosity. She had a talent for crocheting. She enjoyed lively games of bingo and cooking meals with her friends. She was a member of Faith Way Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving son, Ralph England and wife Earlene; her daughter, Rose England Barron; her son-in-law, Roger Bender; her brother Howard Biller, grandchildren Chastity Bender, Shalan (Andy) Payton, Tiffany Leeson, Alex (Natalie) Barron, Renee (Derek) Davis, Nathan England, and Christopher England (Chad) and many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Bender; brothers Ira Camden Biller Jr., Robert Orville Biller, Marvin Lee Biller, David Edward Biller, and Jesse Owen Biller, and sisters, Mary Katherine Ross, Betty Louise Long, Juanita Virginia Westfall, Vivian Leigh Everson, and Martha Ellen Harris.
Family will receive friends at Wright Funeral Home and On-Site Crematory, 220 N. Walnut Street, Philippi, on Tuesday February 17, 2026 from 11:00 am- 1:00 pm Funeral services will be conducted1:00 pm by her brother, Pastor Howard Biller. Oetta will be laid to rest beside her husband in Barbour Memorial Cemetery.
