Robert Wardell Tacy, age 67, a resident of Belington passed away Monday August 24, 2105 at his residence. He was born July 22, 1948 in Elkins a son of the late Ralph Tacy and Dollie (Wilfong) Tacy who survives. Also surviving is
One daughter, Melissa Foy
One son, Michael Tacy
Four sisters Faye, Sharon, Judy, Phyllis
Five brothers Lee, Sterl, Glenn, Walter, Ralph
Four grandchildren
Robert was preceded in death by one brother Lester, and one infant brother Philip
Robert was a coal miner; he served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
Robert’s request for cremation will be honored.

Bob never forgot me and called occasionally to check up on me and see that I was Ok. For this I will always love him and never forget him. He had the greatest laugh and was a wonderful person. The Tacy's have lost a fastastic person in their family.
So sorry for your loss…Bob was one of the finest men I ever met…He will be greatly missed…His daily calls were a bright spot in my day..he was a true friend…
