Andrew was preceded in death by brothers James Dalton and Buster Dalton, and sister Hilda Channey
He served in the US Army, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and attending church.
Friends will be received at the People’s Chapel Church on Friday September 1, from 1-9 pm and again on Saturday September 2, from 8am- 1 pm the service hour with Pastor Ruston Seaman and Speaker Bill Berdine officiating. Interment will follow in the Welch Cemetery with military honors being accorded.
