Anna Arbutis McCauley age 79 a resident of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on April 12, 2011 in St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born June 11, 1931 in Cabin Creek, WV a daughter of the late Deacon and Lilly (Jarrell) Perry. She was united in marriage April 2, 1950 to Joseph Lee McCauley who preceded her in death May 22, 1998. Surviving are:
Three daughters, Tammy Shoulders and husband Doug of Beverly
Cora Spencer of South Point, OH
Brenda Wiedenhoft and husband Walter of Huntington
One brother, William Jacobs and wife Shirley of Flemington
Nine grandchildren, DJ Shoulders, Rena Long, Lee Shoulders, Shelly Shoulders, Mary Webb, Matthew Spencer, Crystal Dencola, Kim Richman and Joey Richman.
16 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by one infant son, Roger Lee McCauley
Ms. McCauley was a member of the Prophetic King of Glory Church
She was a homemaker.
She will be sadly missed.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday, April 15 from 5-8 pm and Saturday, April 16 from 8am-8pm and on Sunday, April 17 from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour with Rev. Patty Post officiating. Interment will follow in Mary’s Chapel Cemetery.
