Anna McCoy

Anna Lee McCoy, age 81, a resident of Indiana, PA passed away Wednesday February 17, 2010 in the Conemaugh Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA. She was born August 5, 1928 in Volga, WV a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Morrison) Hickman. She was united in marriage March 26, 1948 to Cooper R. McCoy Jr. who preceded her in death September 6, 2001. Surviving are; Two daughters; Karen Marx of Palatka, FL Janet Johnson of South Carolina Two Sons; William and wife Ginger McCoy of Penn Run, PA Steven and wife Sandy McCoy of Latrobe, PA Two brothers; Marshall and wife Judy Hickman John and wife Patti Hickman both of Volga eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren Anna was preceded in death by one brother; Keith Hickman who lost his life during WWII, and one sister; Eloise McCoy. She was also a homemaker. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday February 20 from 5-8 p.m. and on Sunday February 21, from 8 a.m. -2 p.m. the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
