Carl and I were fast friends when we first met and I was amazed at his remarkable memory for local history whieh he and I shared a love for. I was thinking at his 100th birthday party that he had been witness to momentous changes in our country...the Depression, WWII, Korea and Vietnam, and helping build this country one steel girder at a time with his almost 40 years at Sparrows Point where coincidently my great-grandfather had also worked during WWII. He gave me such an insight to the place that it was and brought it alive for me. He always greeted me with a smile and was happy to see me when I visited. I will miss him, but he has left me his sweet wife Agnes, whom I adore, to enjoy many more hours of friendship. A life well lived, Carl!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
