Caroline Poing

Caroline Autumn Poling, age 80, a resident of Dayton Hill Rd. Philippi passed away Monday February 22, 2016 in Davis Medical Center following a long term illness. She was born August 6, 1935 in Tucker Co. a daughter of the late Clarence and Sarah (Poling) Auvil. She was united in marriage on June 28, 1951 to Delbert Columbus Poling who preceded her in death June 6, 1978. Surviving is two children Diane Poling and Richard Lee Poling both of Philippi Two sisters; Sylvia Boyles Nellie Auvil both of Philippi She was preceded in death by 10 siblings Pearl Radford, Loria Poling, Nora Poling, Lydia Dumire, Goldie Wilson, Walter Dale Auvil, Robert Lee Auvil, Junior Ray Auvil, Bubby Auvil, and Wayne Auvil Caroline was a homemaker and a protestant by faith In honor of Caroline’s wishes she will be cremated.
