Chad Brian Smith

Chad Brian Smith, age 40 a resident of S. Main St. Philippi passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 in the United Hospital Center. He was born October 15, 1980 a son of Brian K. Smith and Debbie Bolyard both who survive in Philippi. Also surviving is- One son, Maxem Ned Smith, Philippi Sister, Casey Stemple of Philippi Brothers, Troy Smith of Philippi Barrett Smith of Philippi Maternal Grandparents, Lynwood and Joan Bolyard of Philippi Grandparent, the late Donald Stemple, and Grace Stemple of Philippi Nieces and nephews. Brielle, Maxem, Jayla, Ilijah, Atom Several aunts, uncle, and loving cousins Chad was preceded in death Paternal Grandparents, Ned and Anabel Smith He was a meat cutter for Ryan’s Restaurant, loved to fish, golf and took pride in his appearance. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday, May 17, 2021 from 5-8 pm and on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 8-11 am. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am with Rev. Tammy Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in the Central Chapel Cemetery.
