Charlotte Ruth Stupak, age 83, a resident of Nestorville Rd. Tacy Community Philippi passed away Thursday October 1, 2015 in the Davis Memorial Hospital. She was born January 18, 1933 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Cecil and Margaret (Ritz) Bibbee. Charlotte was united in marriage on May 19, 1950 to Edward Michael Stupak who preceded her in death on May 6, 2013. Surviving are three children

Charlotte was the last surviving member of her immediate family having been preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Cecil W. Bibbee and two sisters, Ona Mae Delich, and Margaret Goosman.
Charlotte was a homemaker, she was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, and past president of the Outstanding Young Women of America in Wheeling, Charlotte was also a member of the Crossroads United Methodist Church at Tacy.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday October 4, from 11 am- 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Julie Dean and Pastor Rick Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Marsh Cemetery at Tacy.
