Denzil was the last surviving member of his immediate family; he was also preceded in death by on daughter Thelma June Lantz.
Denzil worked as a plumber for Scott’s Plumbing and Heating. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday November 2, from 2-8 pm and on Monday November 3, from 8- 11:30 am the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the WV National Cemetery with full military rites being accorded.
