Dolly Isner, age 60, a resident of Stalnaker, Rd Philippi, passed away Wednesday October 4, 2017 at her residence. She was born November 3, 1956 in Nestorville, a daughter of the late Joe and Wilma Jean (Moore) Marsh. Dolly was united in marriage on August 1, 1994 to Mike Isner who survives at home. Dolly was preceded in death by an infant child, and granddaughter Liliana Morse
Dolly retired as a dental office manager for Wilson-Martino and Associates with 25 years of service. She was a born again believer.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday October 7, from 10am- 8 pm. Interment will be at the Mt. Zoin Cemetery.

Please know that while i was never able to meet the woman i was able to meet the man she raised. She by all accounts is a very special caring lady and was loved very much. My thoughts are with you and the rest of your family in these trying times.
