Life Legacy

Donald Eugene Isner, age 75, a resident of Sand Run Rd. Philippi passed away Friday September 19, 2014 in the Mon General Hospital in Morgantown after a lengthy illness. He was born August 14, 1939 in Philippi, a son of the late Woodrow and Beatrice “Mamaw Bea” (Bolyard) Isner. Eugene is survived by

Eugene retired from LTV Steel as a General foreman, he was an avid farmer, and he enjoyed hunting, and was a NASCAR fan, and loved spending time with his beloved dog Towzer. He attended Southern Baptist Church.

Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday September 21, from 3-8 pm and on Monday September 22, from 8 am – 2 pm the service hour with Pastor John Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
