Earl Henry Sullivan, age 52, a resident of Volga, passed away Monday June 24, 2024 in the united Hospital Center. Earl was born September 28, 1971 in Akron, OH a son of the late Donald S. and Goldie B. (Howser) Sullivan.
Earl enjoyed hunting and fishing especially with his buddy Isaac. He also could fix anything, having been called the jack of all trades numerous times. Earl was an avid farmer tending to his goats which he would sell various items made from his goats. He enjoyed attending farmer flea markets, he was the kind of person who never met a stranger. His greatest joy was spending time with his daughter Abby.
Surviving is his companion Lavilla Daniels; children Abby Sullivan and Isaac Cleavenger; siblings Faye Markley, Danny Sullivan and wife Tonda, Jeffrey Sullivan and wife Maranda, Deborah Smith and husband Kenneth, and Tony Frank; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Goldie Sullivan, and nephew Jacob Sullivan. He will be greatly missed and loved by all. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity or organization of your choice.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and on-site Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday July 1, from 9 am- 2 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Donna Marshall officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
