Glen Junior Corder II

Glen Junior Corder, II age 65, a resident of Brownton Community passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday December 29, 2021 at his residence. Glen was born October 25, 1956 in Clarksburg, WV a son of Glen “Bud’ and Shirley (Malcolm) Corder. Glen is survived by his mother, as well as son Glen J. Corder, III, and grandson, Isiah Russ-Corder Sister, Sherie Bolton and fiancé Jason Baber all of Philippi K-9 companion, Brown Dog Several nieces and nephews Glen was preceded in death by his father Glen “Bud” Corder, brother, Benton “Ben” Corder, sister, Arthella Sariego, and daughter Marissa “Marcy” Means. Glen worked as a handy man, was a former truck driver for Stemple Ready Mix, and also a glass worker for Anchor Hawking. Glen served in the US Army. He enjoyed working with mechanical structures, building shelves, and working in scrapbooks. He attended the Holy Trinity Chapel. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday January 3, from 8am- 12 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 pm with Pastor Jean Lafferty officiating. Interment will follow in the Point Pleasant Cemetery.
