Hazel Marlee Richardson, age 75, a resident of Philippi passed away Thursday June 13, 2013 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born December 10, 1938 in Barbour County a daughter of the late Emmett and Pearl (Kellison) Workman. She was thrice married first to James Fowler, second to Benjamin Champ, and third to James Richardson all whom preceded her in death. Surviving are: Six children; Julie Nelson and husband Charlie of Belington Mary Bibey and husband Don of Belington Emmett Fowler of Elkins Aaron Fowler and wife Lana of Belington Kimberly Richardson of Philippi Benjamin Champ Sr. and wife Donna of Belington Several grandchildren and great grandchildren She was preceded in death by one daughter Brenda Lee Fowler, three sisters Doris Newman, Madeline Hawkins, Virginia Summerfield, and two brothers Gene and Johnny Workman. She was a homemaker and a Pentecostal by faith. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Tuesday June 18, from 8 am - 2 pm the service hour with Pastor Downing Gregory officiating. Tuesday June 18, 2013, 2 pm at Wright Funeral Home Click for Map and Directions
