Bud was preceded in death by Sister Deborah Riley, and brother Ricky Riley. He worked as a coal miner for LaRosa Fuel Co. and as a laborer for Jones Trucking. Bud enjoyed fishing and loved mowing grass. He was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Tuesday February 23, from 5-8 pm and on Wednesday February 24, from 8 am – 2 pm the service hour with Dr. Jim Steinspring officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Cemetery.
