Jeanne Radcliff of Elk Creek Road, Philippi, WV passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at her home. Jeanne was born in Clarksburg, WV the daughter of the late Eugene and Evelyn Watkins.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Robert Radcliff; her children, Rev. Jeffrey Radcliff of Kingston Springs, TN, Brian (Jeannie) Radcliff of Buckhannon, WV, and Donna (Matthew) Price of Moatsville, WV; grandchildren Holly, Aaron, Robbie, Jacob, Hunter, and Noah; and great-grandchildren Noelle, Dallen, and Ryllee; brothers Charles “Skip” Watkins of Clarksburg, WV, Terry Watkins of North Myrtle Beach, SC, and sister Debby Stonestreet of Anmoore, WV; and several nieces and nephews.

She attended the Southern Baptist Church of Philippi.

Per Jeanne’s request, she will be cremated and there will be no funeral service.
