He was born June 4, 1930 at Logan, WV a son of the late George and Molly (Smith) Frey. He was united in marriage to his wife of 50 years Patricia A. “Pat” Frey who preceded him in death on February 21, 2004. Surviving is;

Three granddaughters; Aimee Frederickson, Karly R. Frey and Kaitlin C. Frey
Four grandsons; Doug Andrews, Jason A. Frey, Kody R. Frey, and D.J. Frey
Five great grandchildren; Dylan Frederickson, Zachary N. Andrews, Lauren G. Andrews, Bryce D. Huffman, Rozalynne F. Frey
He was an Honorary Member of the Upshur County Emergency Squad.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday October 31 from 12:30-1:30 at which time Mr. Frey will be moved to the Mt.
