Mr. Criss was preceded in death by three brothers Carl Criss, Ronald Criss and Ralph Criss; one sister, Eleanor Lach.
John was an honest man; loved coal mining, hunting, fishing and trapping.
He will be loved and missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 25 at 2p.m. at Reger Cemetery.
