Kellie Christine Satterfield age 46 a resident of South Indian Fork Rd. Philippi passed away unexpected Saturday September 24, 2016 from injuries sustained in a roadster that her father built and loved. She was born June 2, 1970 in Clarksburg, WV a daughter of the late Harry William Satterfield, Jr. and Mary Elda (Carini) Dutchess. Surviving is- one daughter, Carmen Elizabeth Bowes and friend, Sam Taylor of Morgantown one son, Joshua Spencer Bowes and friend Kelly Talbot of Elkins four sisters, Sacha Nicole Carpenter and husband Ronald of Parkersburg Mariah Victoria Titus and husband Joshua of Lumberport Angel Dutchess of Carlisle, PA Alisha (Dutchess) Harnette of Pittsburgh two brothers, Shane Anderson Satterfield and wife Michelle of Los Angeles Jesse Ray Satterfield and Brooke Rutter of Elkins Kellie was a waitress at Lil’ Moes and a social worker for Barbour County Community Action, and just enrolled in Concord University. She enjoyed going to the river, loved music, making jewelry and spending time with friends and family. Friends will be received at Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 3-5 and 6-8 pm and on Sunday, October 2, from 3-6 pm. A celebration of life be held at 6 pm on Sunday with Rev. Ruston Seaman. In honor of Kellie’s request cremation will follow.
