Lillian McPherson

Lillian M. McPherson passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Center in Belington at 9:30 a.m. She was 102 years and four months of age. She was born on February 15, 1915, to the late Charles and Lucy Boyles. She is survived by one son, James E. McPherson and spouse, Janice E. McPherson, and her son Blake Sorrells. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Lisa, Mike, Kevin, and Tina; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, and son, Jerry. Friends will be received at Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 6-8 pm and on Friday, June 23rd from 8am-1pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt.
