Linda Nestor

Linda Jane Nestor, age 66, a resident of Rt. 1 Thornton passed away Friday December 4, 2009 in Grafton City Hospital. She was born January 24, 1943 in Glenville, WV a daughter of the late Grover and Macil (Paugh) Barnhart. She was united in marriage August 16, 1958 to Glen V. Nestor who preceded her in death October 29, 2004. Surviving is: One son; Sonny and wife Barbara Nestor of Thornton One sister; Mary Lou Collins of Clarksburg Several nieces and nephews Two grandchildren; Misty Owens, and Danielle Nestor One great grandson; Jerome Nestor Mrs. Nestor was preceded in death by four brothers; Orval, Ronald, Junior, and Charles Kenneth Barnhart, one sister; Wanda Sue Barnhart and one infant sister, Mary Virginia Barnhart. Mrs. Nestor was a laborer for Baby World with over 20 years service, she was also owner of Linda's Ceramics Shop. Linda was a member of the Grafton Senior Center where she taught ceramic classes and also taught at the Flemington Senior Center. Mrs. Nestor attended the Warren United Methodist Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday December 6, from 2-8:00 p.m. and on Monday December 7, from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. the service hour with Rev. David Maley officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Morris Cemetery.
