Lucinda Marie Fleming

Lucinda Marie Fleming, age 72, a resident of Philippi, passed away Tuesday May 10, 2022 in Davis Medical Center in Elkins. Lucinda was born September 11, 1949 in Grafton, WV a daughter of the late John W. Russell III and Ester (McWilliams) Russell. Surviving are sons, Richard Bogle of Orlando, FL, Joe Fleming and wife Kristie of Houston, TX, 10 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. Sisters, Diana Dean and Debbie Mahaffey both of Grafton, brother, Frankie Russell and wife Linda of PA. Lucinda was preceded in death by son, Terry Bogle and Brother Johnny Russell. Lucinda was a member of Haven of Hope Church and was very active in the church. She worked for Grafton City Hospital and Broaddus Hospital in the administration department. In honor of Lucinda’s request cremation will be honored. In lieu of flowers memory contributions may be made to Haven of Hope Church PO Box 886 Philippi, WV 26416.

I love to hear Cindy laugh, we joked alot. She was My Haven Of Hope family. I knew her where she worked at Broaddus Hospital also. She was a loving sweet person.
