So, sorry to hear about the loss of Uncle Luke. It's been a long time since I saw him or any of the Foster family that my Terry loved so much. I think about you often. May you have peace at this sad time, my condolences.

The Freeman Kids left a message on February 24, 2025:
We are so sorry to hear about Luke. The first time I met Luke, he was walking Teter Creek Road, I was about 8, my sister 5-6, and our dog had puppies. My sister and I ran to the road clutching squirming puppies and tried to give him one, which he kindly refused. From that moment on he always made a point to wave and talk with us everytime he passed by. Through the years he became a part of our "normal" and held a special place in our hearts. Rest easy Luke, enjoy walking those streets of gold, we will miss you immensely.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
