Patricia "Pat" Alberta "Bird" Keller

Patricia “Pat” Alberta “Bird” Keller was born 2 March, 1936 in Clemtown, WV to the late Aulda Ray Keller and Thelma Wanda Mitchell. Ms. Keller proudly worked for the Social Security Administration for 30 years as an administrative assistant and previously worked for the Bell Telephone Company as a switchboard operator. She was a deeply spiritual person who believed in God and family. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening and cheering on the Orioles and Ravens at every opportunity she had. In addition to her parents, Ms. Keller was preceded in death by her brothers Rodger Keller, Jerry Keller, and Roy Keller. Left to cherish her memory are her brother Gary Keller, her children David Jacobs (Andrea Mulvey), Jeff Goode (Terri Collett), Rodney Goode (Laura Givens), and grandchildren Ashley Jacobs, Hayley Jacobs, Carson Jacobs, Peyton Jacobs, Lisa Goode (Handzlik), Gary Goode, Jennifer Goode, and Garrett Collett. Ms. Keller passed away surrounded by family at Hospice of the Chesapeake on 29 July 2021. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A visitation will be held at Wright Funeral Home, 220 N Walnut St. Philippi, West Virginia, Monday August 2nd 2021 from 4-7 pm with the first hour reserved for family. A funeral service will be at the funeral home on Tuesday August 3rd beginning at 11:30 am with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating, immediately followed by interment in Clemtown Cemetery.
