I didn't know Randy too well. But have heard many greats things about him. I was working the polls a few times at the Philippi Elementary School and Randy always brought us in food. Didn't have to but he did and always thanked us for our time. Sad to hear of your loss.

My little brother, I have no words that could ever accurately describe my grief, and the loss that I feel. You were bigger than life, and I always knew you were a phone call away. Now you’re in my heart and memories forever... what I wouldn’t give to have just one more day to hear your laugh again, to hug you again, so until we meet again, god speed. I love you Randy.
