Robert Brandon “Bubba” Price, age 36, a resident of Laurel Creek Rd. Moatsville passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday October 26, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born February 25, 1980 in Philippi a son of Greg and Jane (Moats) Price who survive at Moatsville. Brandon was united in marriage on August 16, 2014 to Bethany (Boyles) Price who survives. Also surviving-
One daughter, Hadlee Marie Price of Moatsville
Two brothers and one sister, Brad Price, Erin Yocum and husband Paul, and Joe Price all of Moatsville
Seven nieces and nephews, Caden Price, Paulie and MacKenzie Yocum, and Landon Price all of Moatsville, Grant, Elliot, and Kendall Cain of Belington
Several Aunts and Uncles
Brandon was preceded in death by infant daughter, Hannah Grace Price, Maternal Grandparents, Bob and Ruby Moats, and Paternal Grandparents, Calvin and Eva Price.
Brandon worked as an equipment operator; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming. He loved spending time with his little girl, his family and friends and especially with his sidekick Molly.
He was a Methodist by faith and a 1999 graduate of Philip Barbour High School.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Friday October 28, from 5-8 pm and on Saturday October 29, from 8 am- 2 pm the service hour with Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established at local Freedom Banks to raise money for Brandon's funeral expenses and monument. Ask for the Robert Brandon Price Memorial Fund.

I am so very sorry for your loss, Brandon was well liked and left many fond memories with those that knew him. I feel so bad for Brandon's wife and entire family. My beloved husband was in an auto accident almost two years ago and didn't make it. The pain is still there. Deeply sorry to recently hear of the passing of Brandon, a former student of mine. Brandon was a fun-loving guy w/an infection laugh that could change any cloudy day to endless sunshine. He added joy to teaching. May his loving memories live forever in your hearts.
