Rosa Haddix

Rosa Lee Haddix, age 77, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Sunday November 29, 2009 in Mon General Hospital in Morgantown. She was born December 29, 1931 in Philippi a daughter of the late Samuel and Edna (Carpenter) Conderi. She was united in marriage to her former husband John Randolph Haddix II who preceded in death on August 12, 2008 Surviving is; Two daughters; Patricia Ann and Keith Duverney of Atlanta, GA Linda Kay Haddix of Owensboro, KY Four sons; John Randolph Haddix III and wife Cindee of Burwell, NE Samuel Earl Haddix Thomas Lewis Haddix and wife Tina James Lee Haddix all of Philippi Two sisters; Betty L. Cleavenger Evelyn "Dee Dee" Bartlett both of Philippi Two grandchildren; Patricia Ellen and husband Adam Winchley of LaSalle, IL Thomas Lee and wife Renee Haddix of Philippi Four great grandchildren; Christian O'Connor of LaSalle, IL, Tessa Ann Haddix, Makayla and Trinten Haddix , all of Philippi Mrs. Haddix was preceded in death by one brother; Lewis Junior Conderi, one sister; Mary Ellen Martin Mrs. Haddix was a homemaker and caregiver for her son Samuel E. Haddix Mrs. Haddix was a member of the Silent Grove Church. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Thursday December 3, from 3-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Mrs. Haddix's request for cremation will be honored and follow the funeral service on Thursday.
