Russell Dennis Bolyard, age 92, a resident of Mansfield Place, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021. Russell was born July 9, 1929 in Barbour County, a son of the late Charley Bolyard and Eva (Puffenbarger) Bolyard Calhoon, step father Bill Calhoon. Surviving -
Sisters, Mary Moutrey of Florida
Sherry Jones and husband Jerry of Philippi
Brother, Frank Bolyard and companion Cookie Townsend of Philippi
Several nieces and nephews
Russell was preceded in death by sister, Betty Farris and brother-in-law LeRoy; brother Curt Bolyard, and brother-in-law George Moutrey
Russell worked for the WV Department of Highways for several years before moving to Akron, Ohio, where he worked for Goodwill before he retired. Russell loved his family and friends, he will be sadly missed, but we know how happy he will be with god and all his loved ones in heaven. We love you Russell.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday November 15, from 10am- 1 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm with Pastor Sam Haught officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery.

I always enjoy talking with Russell when I was at work. I know he will be missed by many.

at Mansfield Place and would stop in and talk.. I most remember Russell when he would visit my
Mom and Dad back in the early to mid 70's and always had kind words and Prayers.. My Sincere Belated Condolences
