He was born April 26, 1927 in Barbour Co. a son of the late Wayne D. and Von (Parks) Wilmoth. He was united in marriage on September 27, 1948 to Betty L. (Burner) Wilmoth who survives. Mr. Wilmoth retired as a mechanic for Babcock & Wilcox’s Company.
He loved doing mechanic work.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 12-8 pm and on Sunday, August 31 from 8am-2 pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery with military honours being accorded.
