Terry Snider

Terry Jo (Maxwell) Snider age 66 a resident of Locust Ave. Philippi passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Flemington, WV on March 30, 1947 a daughter of the late Frank E. Maxwell and Mary E. Maxwell who survives of Philippi. She is survived by her former husband, John T. Snider of Bridgeport. daughter, Lora McElroy and husband Brian of Philippi son, John J. Snider and companion Delores “Jake” Marsh of Clemtown Community two sisters, Charlotte Maxwell of Philippi Lisa Kay Boylen and husband Todd of Galloway two grandchildren, Nathan S. Paugh and wife Bethany of Clarksburg; Nicole Ryan and husband Travis of Belington. two great-grandchildren, Zoey Jo Ryan and Cooper Alexander Ryan two nephews, Todd Boylen and wife Courtney of Junior Travis Boylen of Galloway one great-nephew, Logan Boylen of Junior Ms. Snider was preceded in death by brother, Eugene Maxwell She retired as a teacher’s aide for the Barbour County Board of Education having worked from 1976-2005. She enjoyed camping, spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was Methodist by faith, and she was a graduate of Flemington High School Class of 1965. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 216 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday, March 16 from 3-8 pm and on Monday, March 17 from 8am-1pm the service hour with Pastor Lester Lind officiating. Interment will follow in the Simpson Cemetery.
