Thomas W. “Bill” Dadisman age 80 a resident of Union Rd. Philippi passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016 in Nella’s Nursing Home. He was born December 28, 1935 in Philippi a son of the late Carl and Rosanna (Poling) Dadisman. He was united in marriage in 1966 to Bernetia (Bennett) Dadisman who survives. Also surviving are-

three sons, Michael Dadisman of Belington
Joseph Dadisman of Belington
Tom Dadisman of Colorado
three grandchildren, Evan Dadisman; Katie Dadisman and Russell Dadisman
two sisters, Betty Moats and husband Raymond of Philippi
Sally Moore and husband Haymond of Belington
two sister-in-laws, Judy Simpson and husband Larry of Belington
Pam Golden and husband Paul of Philippi
three brother-in-laws, Karl Bennett and wife Bo of Philippi
Duane Bennett of Montose
Steve Bennett and wife Linda of Moatsville
He owned and operated BMJ Construction Co. as a carpenter and construction worker.
AKC Master of Hounds and Bench Show Judge and owned many bench show champion dogs. He was a member of the Barbour Co. Coonhunter’s Club and an avid coon hunter and fisherman.
He was also a member of the VFW, TyHannon Sportsman Club, and UKC. He was a past member of the Lions Club.
He was a member of the United Brethren Church.
He served as a Lineman in Signal Core in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.
Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home 20 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 5-8 pm and on Sunday, May 22nd from 8am-1 pm the service hour with Pastor Bryan Headley officiating. Honoring Mr. Dadisman’s request, cremation will follow the service.







I remember Bill from high school days. A long time ago may he rest in peace. I will pray for his soul.
